Thanks to all the volunteers, judges, and participants who helped make this year's UVRC hunt test the same great experience as always. Looking forward to next year, when it is expected to return to its usual Father's Day date. See you then.

  • 8:00 AM draw
  • One live flyer
  • Four retrieves guaranteed 
  • Two age categories
    • 18 months and younger
    • over 18 months
  • Awards for the top 3 dogs in each category
  • Judges TBD
  • Hamburgers and potluck sides

Umpqua Valley Retriever Club is located in the Roseburg area of Southern Oregon and draws members from around the region and nearby states. 

We sponsor monthly spring training days open to members in a variety of premium venues starting in January.

Our annual June AKC Hunt Test is held at beautiful Strader Ranch in Glide. 

Umpqua Valley Retriever Club is licensed by the AKC and is a member of the Master National Retriever Club.   Click here to see their video.
Membership in UVRC is open to everyone. Annual Club dues are $40 per family. Checks should be made out to UVRC and mailed to 1224 NE Walnut St., Unit 325, Roseburg OR 97470. Or, bring them to a Training Day.

​New to the club? UVRC club members include both amateur and professional trainers, novice and experienced, from Oregon, Washington, California and Western Idaho.

New to the sport? UVRC is a great place to begin. Take advantage or our experienced, helpful, friendly members. We love welcoming new faces -- and new muzzles.
